What IS A multi-site and single site license?

A Multi-Site License is needed if your church or organization uses Visual Revival content in more than one physical location at one time. For example, if your church has 3 different campuses and all 3 display Visual Revival content, you will need a multi-site license with at least 3 site licenses. What is included with the pro membership?

The Pro Membership unlocks access to the highest-resolutions and quality we have available, including 6K resolution, 10-bit H.265 files, as well as other more advanced formats. The Pro membership also includes all other formats included with other memberships.

Will your media work with my software?

Visual Revival media is compatible with all software that works with H.264 .mp4 video files and .JPEG pictures. These formats are the most universally compatible and will work with all major software on Mac or PC.

Pro H.265 files, included with a Pro memberships, work with most modern computers and software, including ProPresenter 7. 

Individual systems should be checked for compatibility and smooth playback with desired formats.

How do I download packs with my membership?

To download your packs, sign in and go to the Media Library page and click on the pack you want to download. On the pack page at the top, click the drop down menu and select your resolution. After you make your selection, click the download button and your pack will begin downloading.

How do I upgrade my membership?

To upgrade a membership, sign in to your account and go to the pricing page, then click “Buy Now” on the plan you would like to upgrade to. On the check out page, your account will be prorated and the price for the upgrade will be discounted. Submit the order and your account is will upgraded.

why is the monthly membership a 12 month commitment?

The reason we do a 12 month commitment is because many churches prefer to pay on a monthly basis instead of the larger upfront cost of one annual payment. We chose to make it a 12 month commitment because members get full access to the entire media library with the first monthly payment. The 12 month commitment helps prevent people from signing up for one month, downloading all of the content in the media library, and then canceling their account after only making one payment. The server download fees alone can be more expensive than the first monthly payment. This helps ensure that we can continue to provide the best content for you and all of our members!

What happens after i make 12 monthly payments?

If you have a monthly membership, after you make 12 monthly payments, your account will switch to a month to month commitment.

If I cancel my membership, do I lose access to the Media Library?

To use Visual Revival media and content you must have an active membership. If you cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to the Media Library and your license to use all Visual Revival media will end. You can learn more by reading the full license terms here.

When can I cancel a Monthly membership?

Monthly memberships are a 12 month commitment. To cancel a monthly membership, you must first make all 12 monthly payments. After 12 monthly payments are made, a monthly membership can be canceled at anytime. 

When can I cancel a Yearly membership?

A yearly membership can be cancelled at anytime. When an account is canceled, it will remain active until the next renewal date, and then it will be canceled and will lose all access to the media library and the license to use all media.

How can I cancel a membership?

To cancel your membership, sign-in to your account and click on the “My Account” button  in the top right corner. On the account page,  under the subscription tab, you’ll see your current membership subscription and next to it a ‘update billing details’ link and a ‘cancel’ link. Click the cancel link to go to the cancel page. On the cancel page, click the cancel button to cancel your account. Please contact us if you would like to reactivate a cancelled account.
